The print is available framed or unframed with a choice of a black or white frame as shown in the photograph.

How do I personalise a product?
Personalisation is simple firstly read through the product information for any key points that might help you.
Then look through the product photos to view the hand drawn personalisation sheets to get an idea of what you want. Sometimes it is handy to look at photographs of who you are personalising it for.
Next select your choices from the drop-down menus and carefully type any wording you would like printed onto your gift.
What If I can’t see what I am looking for?
With the pet gifts we do offer a Custom Colour or a Bespoke drawing service. This means we can either re-colour an existing drawing for £10 or we can redraw your pet for £20. You would only pay for this service once and we will save your design for you in case ever wanted to use it again.
It is advisable to contact me on Instagram/ Facebook or e-mail me on email@example.com to agree on the edit first. I will also require for you to send me a clear front facing photo that includes any specific details that you want to be included.
If you would like a more unusual animal such as a rabbit, hamster or guinea pig please get in touch as I am welcoming such designs.
If you can’t see a specific hairstyle, skin colour or outfit that you are looking for it is always worth e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org as we do have an archive of designs. Unfortunately we are unable to take new drawing requests.
How long does delivery take?
We will aim to process and dispatch your order within 3-5 days. As a lot of our gifts are highly personalised some orders can take a little bit longer than others.
Products that can take longer are Family Illustrations and orders with a Custom colour or a bespoke drawing. Please allow 1-2 weeks for these.
If you have a specific date that you need your order for please leave us a message at checkout and we will do our best to help you. With orders that are needed in a hurry it is always advisable to opt for Express Delivery that way you will receive a tracking number and an estimated day of delivery.
Please note all our parcels are sent out using Royal mail.
Standard delivery takes approximately 1-3 days. Please allow a little bit longer during busy periods such as Christmas. Express delivery is next day and you will be provided with a tracking number.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail for all orders placed. If you can't see this please check your junk e-mail before contacting us.
How much is delivery?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders in the UK. We use Royal Mail first Class and orders take approx 1-3 days.
Express Shipping is £7.95, this does not mean it will be sent next day but it does mean your order will be prioritised and that you will be provided with a Tracking code once your item has been shipped.
We do ship internationally and there is currently a flat rate of £20. If you would like to enquire about using an international courier please feel free to get in touch.
Can I return my products?
You can only return or exchange a non -personalised product unless the item is faulty or damaged or has the wrong personalisation.
All personalised items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges as they are made to the customers specifications and are therefore not resalable.
Please be aware when personalising your gift that the colours on our option sheets may vary from screen to screen and can look slightly different when printed onto fabric. It is the customers responsibility to choose the right colours and consider what colour item they are being printed onto prior to ordering. We can not take responsibility for you changing your mind. In the occasion that you have received a damaged or faulty item we ask that you firstly send us a photo with your order number to email@example.com You will then need to return the item to us before we refund you or send a replacement. (please see our returns policy for more detailed information)
Our size guides are approximate and as described by our manufacturers' guidelines. Therefore it is the customers responsibility to ensure they choose the correct size based on the sizing guides. All our sweatshirts and t-shirts are unisex and our womens sizing recommendations are only approximate as other things such as height and proportions can effect this. If you are still unsure about sizing just drop us a message, we are happy to help! Please be aware that sometimes the measurements of our goods can slightly vary and plus or minus 2cm would not be classed as a faulty product.
