1. Find the item that you would like to add your pet too. 

2 Scroll through the item photos to view the hand drawn pet illustrations.

3. If you see one that has a good resemblance to your pet type the breed/colour into the text boxes and select my pet is on the sheet.

4. If you can’t see your pet on our sheets, arrange a custom design by our live chat, e-mailing me gemma@sydandco.uk or send me a message via instagram.

Not to worry as I have built up an archive of hundreds of different pet drawings. If you can’t see a drawing that works for you, get in touch via Instagram or email me gemma@sydandco.uk and I will check my files or I can do a custom design for you.

I offer two types of custom designs:

1. A custom tweak is £8 and is a tweak of one of my drawings on the personalisation sheets. This can include changing the shape, colour, ears etc. These can extend the dispatch date by 1-2 weeks.

2. A bespoke drawing is £30 and I draw your pet from a photo. You need to have a bright clear photo for this. These take longer and can extend the dispatch date by 3-4 weeks.

Message me via live chat, Instagram or at gemma@sydandco.uk with a clear front facing photo of your pet. Once we have agreed on the custom design you need to add either
the 'tweak' or 'bespoke drawing' to your shopping basket these can be found in the item listing.

You can add extra pets to all our products, and you can also mix different types of pets too.

There is a drop-down menu on the item which allows you to add extra pets to your order and there is a text box to enter the details.

If you want to add more pets than is on the drop-down menu, please get in touch to discuss as we are always happy to help you wherever
possible.

If your pet has been chosen off our pre-drawn sheets, we will aim to dispatch your order in 5-7 days.  

Tweaks take an extra 1-2 weeks

Bespoke drawings take up to 4 weeks.

If you need your gift by a certain date, always make sure to
let us know before ordering, we will do our best to accomodate this.

All you need to do is:

1. Go to the item you wish to purchase.
2. In the drop down menu that says 'is your pet on the sheet or is it a custom', select 'use my custom design'
3. Add a note at checkout with your friends name and e-mail and let us know it is a surprise. If you can provide any details about their pet that is also useful too.
4. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have the correct pet :)

All personalised orders will arrive before Christmas. There is still time to get a design with a custom tweak but be quick as we are really busy.

I cannot guarantee bespoke drawings before Christmas.
