How do I personalise an item with my pet?

How to Personalise with a drawing of your pet1. View our personalisation sheets in the photos to find a pet that looks like yours. If you find a pet that looks like yours enter the details in the option boxes.2. If you find something similar but need a small tweak such as a patch, ear change, colour change add a tweak to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions and send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com3. If you would like a 'new' bespoke drawing of your pet add a drawing to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions then send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.comRemember to get a really good likeness I need photos that show the true colour and shape of the pet. The better the photo the better the outcome.

I can't see my pet on your sheet?

If you can’t see a pet drawing that works for you there are two options1. A tweak of an existing design such as a different colour, tweak of the shape or ears etc. This is £12, it is amazing how this can transform the drawing to look like your pet. There is no preview with the tweak.2. A bespoke drawing of your pet from a photo this is £30. I will need you to send me a front facing bright, clear photo for this.*Please note you only purchase a bespoke drawing or a tweak once and we save the pet design under your name for any future orders. On your second order just select 'use my custom'

How do I re-use my custom design on a new order?

Go to the item that you wish to purchaseUnder the drop down menu that says is your dog on our sheet select 'use my custom design'You can also also add a little note at checkout too, but don't worry if you forget as we save your designs under your name ☺️

Can I add extra pets onto my design?

Accepted Answer

You can add extra pets to most of our items, and you can also mix different types of pets too. If you can add extra pets to that item there will be a drop-down menu to add them and there will be a text box to enter the details too.

How much does a custom design cost?

My friend has a custom design how can I surprise her with a gift with it on?

Go to the item you wish to purchase.In the drop down menu that says 'is your pet on the sheet or is it a custom', select 'use my custom design'Add a note at checkout with your friends name and e-mail and let us know it is a surprise. If you can provide any details about their pet that is also useful too.We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have the correct pet :)

How long will it take to receive my order?

🐾 We dispatch non personalised items in 1-2 days.🐾 Personalised items where the pet has been chosen from the sheets are dispatched within 5-7 days if clothing and 3-5 days if pup cups, mugs or drink-ware.🐾 Custom tweaks take 1-2 weeks and bespoke drawings can take up to 2-4 weeks.🐾 If you have a specific date that you need your item for please leave a note at checkout or leave us a message at contactsydandco@gmail.comAll our mail is posted out using Royal Mail tracked 48 and we also offer Royal Mail special delivery. This takes roughly two days.All our international orders are also sent out via Royal Mail International services.All orders are provided with a tracking number if you haven't received one please check your junk mail as we sometimes find it can go there.

I need help with sweatshirt and hoody sizes

All our sweatshirts and hoodies are a unisex fit therefore any ladies sizing recommendations are only an approximate size.All our size guides can be found here If you are unsure on what size to get we advise you measure something similar from your wardrobe. Measure the clothing item from pit to pit and double the measurement to find an equivalent size.Another thing to think about is whether the person wearing it would prefer something oversized or neater fitting. You can go up a size if they prefer something very baggy and oversized.
