This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions relating to the dispatch, delivery, and tracking of orders placed with Syd&Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


1. Shipping Methods

Syd&Co ships all orders via Royal Mail using the following options:

  • Tracked 48 – delivery typically within 2 working days

  • Tracked 24 – delivery typically within 1 working day

  • Special Delivery Guaranteed – next-day delivery with signature on receipt

The availability of shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.


2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method and destination.
2.2. Any applicable shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of order.
2.3. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly stated and subject to any terms outlined at the time of promotion.


3. Order Processing

3.1. All orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframes indicated on product pages, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3.2. Personalised or custom items may require additional production time.
3.3. Delivery times stated for shipping options do not include the time taken to process or produce your order. Please allow for processing time in addition to the estimated shipping time.
3.4. Syd&Co is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays).


4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are estimates only.
4.2. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
4.3. Syd&Co is not liable for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the item.


5. Tracking

5.1. All orders shipped via Tracked 48, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery include tracking.
5.2. Tracking details will be emailed to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
5.3. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor delivery progress via the Royal Mail website.


6. International Shipping 

6.1. International shipping costs, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6.2. Estimated delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
6.3. Syd&Co is not responsible for customs delays or charges.


7. Damaged or Lost Items

7.1. Customers must inspect items on delivery.
7.2. Any damage, loss, or delivery issues must be reported to Syd&Co within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence where possible.
7.3. Syd&Co will work with Royal Mail to investigate claims and may arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.


8. Amendments

Syd&Co reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
