Hi, I'm Gemma — founder of Syd&Co, illustrator, and proud dog mum.
Based in Cumbria, beside the beautiful Lake District, I draw daily inspiration from the outdoors and the adventures I share with my dogs. Many of our collections are rooted in those special moments, because making memories with your dog is at the heart of everything we do.
I've loved drawing dogs for as long as I can remember. With a background as a Textile Design Teacher and a Master's in Contemporary Applied Arts, creativity is more than just my job — it's a way of life.

Personalise with a pre-drawn
Explore our huge range of pre-drawn pets. Over the last decade, I've built up a growing collection of hundreds of dog, cat, rabbit and guinea pig illustrations. If one looks like your pet, this is the quickest way to get your order — dispatch in just 5–7 days, making it a great option for a last-minute gift.
Custom Tweak
Want a closer likeness of your pet? This option covers small tweaks to our pre-drawn designs — colour, ear shape, eye colour, and similar details. We'll send a preview for you to review before it's finalised. Once your tweak is complete, we save it under your name, so you can reuse it again and again, free of charge, as you build your collection.
Bespoke Drawings
This option is extra special — I create a bespoke digital drawing of your pet from a photo of your choice. It also makes a beautiful memorial gift, or a Christmas or birthday gift for a pet-loving friend. With a bespoke drawing, you'll receive unlimited previews until it's just right, plus a complimentary A4 colour print.
