If you can’t see a drawing that looks like your pet don't worry as we can do custom design, There are two options either a tweak or a bespoke drawing. Just add either a tweak to your basket or a bespoke drawing to your basket then send us a photo of your pet to contactsydandco@gmail.com

These are the two options explained in more detail.

1. A tweak of an existing design this is perfect if you a see a dog/pet on the sheet that is quite similar to yours but you need the design tweaked to make it more like yours.

A tweak can include a colour change, a shape change, a tweak of the ears etc. A tweak is £8, it is amazing how this can transform the drawing to look like your pet. There is no preview with the tweak. The tweaks take from 2-3 weeks. I can tweak a few elements of the design it is not just one tweak.

2. A bespoke drawing is an extra special choice. With the bespoke drawing I will draw your pet from a photo and I will need you to send me a front facing bright, clear photo for this. The better the photo the better the outcome. Think about if you want the pet looking happy, serious or with the tongue out. The photo needs to show this. You will get a preview with the bespoke drawing and you can get adjustments.

*With both of these options we save your design for future orders meaning you only pay for the customisation service once. On your second purchase just select 'use my custom' and we will find your design.

You can add extra pets to most of our items, and you can also mix different types of pets. If you can add extra pets to that item there will be a drop-down menu to add them and there will be a text box to enter the details too.

🐾 Personalised items can take up to 7 days as we personalise and create your design to order. If you have a custom design this will take longer.

🐾 Custom tweaks take up to 3 weeks and bespoke drawings can take up to 6 weeks.

What service do you ship with?
All our mail is posted out using Royal Mail tracked 48 and we also offer Royal Mail special delivery. Please be aware opting for special delivery does not mean we can make your order any quicker just the delivery service is quicker.

All our international orders are also sent out via Royal Mail International services.

Special Delivery Shipping is £7.95.

We ship to all parts of the world and international shipping starts at £15. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss an international order.

All orders are provided with a tracking number if you haven't received one please check your junk mail as sometimes they can go in there.

All our sweatshirts and hoodies are a unisex fit therefore any ladies sizing recommendations are only an approximate size.

All our size guides can be found on the product listings. You will see a small tape measure click on there to see the sizeguide or if not you will find information in the listing description or in the product photos.

If you are unsure on what size to get we advise you measure something similar from your wardrobe. Measure the clothing item from pit to pit and double the measurement to find an equivalent size.

Another thing to think about is whether the person wearing it would prefer something oversized or neater fitting. You can go up a size if they prefer something very baggy and oversized.
