A custom tweak is a modification of an existing drawing from our options sheet — for example, changing a colour, adjusting markings, modifying ear shape, or adding a small detail to better match your pet. It is not a brand new illustration.

You can bundle a few small changes under one tweak — so list everything you'd like in the details box and we'll work through them all for you.

Tweaks are hand customised by us, so they take a little longer than standard orders. Once your tweaked design is complete we save it on file, so you can reuse it on future orders without paying the tweak fee again.

To add a tweak, select "Purchase a custom tweak (+ £20)" from the dropdown on the product page, describe what you'd like in the details box, and send a photo reference to contactsydandco@gmail.com after ordering.

Yes! Once your design is on file we save it under your name. Simply select "Use my saved custom design from a previous order" when ordering and we'll do the rest.

If your design was a gift, it will be saved under the name of the person who bought it. Just add a note to your order letting us know you'd like it saved under your name and we'll sort that for you.

Get in touch — we have an archive of drawings that isn't always on the options sheet. If you've ordered before and can't find your design because we've updated the sheets, just select "Use my saved custom design from a previous order" when ordering and we'll find it for you.

Yes! You can add extra pets to most of our items, and you can mix different types of pets too. If the option is available, you'll see a drop-down menu to add them along with a text box for their details.

Extra pets are charged as follows: the first two pets are included, and each additional pet after that is £5. When adding multiple pets, please include details for each one in the text box — type, breed, colour, and relative size helps us get it just right.

Because every personalised item is made to order, lead times vary depending on what you've ordered.

Non-personalised items are dispatched within 3-4 days.

Personalised items take up to 7 days as your design is created specifically for you.

Once dispatched, delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48/24. Please note that upgrading to Special Delivery speeds up the postal service only — it doesn't affect your production time.

Most of our hoodies and sweatshirts are unisex fit, so ladies' sizing is approximate — we'd always recommend checking the measurements rather than going by your usual size. We also offer some styles in a ladies boxy fit, so check the individual listing for details.

The easiest way to find your size is to measure a similar item from your wardrobe. Measure pit to pit and double it to get the chest measurement, then compare to the size guide.
