Every piece at Syd&Co is made to order in-house, just for you and your dog. This means each item is crafted with care and personalised exactly how you want it - but it also means we need a little time to create your order before it ships.
Processing Times
Personalised Clothing (Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Tees, etc.)
5-7 working days to create your order
Drinkware (Mugs, Tumblers, Flasks, etc.)
3-5 working days to create your order
Art Prints
3-5 working days to create your order
Custom Tweaks
Add an additional 2-3 weeks to the standard processing time
Bespoke Drawings
Add an additional 4-6 weeks to the standard processing time
Processing times are from the date your order is confirmed, not including delivery time. We'll confirm your estimated delivery date when you place your order.

UK Delivery:
Tracked 48 - £4.00
Delivery within 2-3 working days (tracked service)
Tracked 24 - £6.00
Delivery within 1-2 working days (tracked service)
Special Delivery - £7.95
Guaranteed next working day delivery (tracked and insured)
Please note: All delivery options are for shipping only and do not reduce processing time. Your order still needs 3-7 days to be made before it ships.
International Delivery:
Europe - £15.00
Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.
Rest of World - £20.00
We ship to most international destinations (excluding USA at this time). Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey to you.
Please note: Once your order has been collected by our courier, Syd&Co is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve it with the courier.
