Machine wash at 30°C. Air dry only - do not tumble dry. Do not iron the print to preserve your adventure design.

How to Personalise Your Order
Step 1: Choose your pet design Browse our personalisation sheets below the product title to find a pet that looks like yours. Once you've found the perfect match, enter your pet's details into the option boxes.
Step 2: Need a small adjustment? Found something close but not quite right? Add a custom tweak to your basket. We offer two options — a quick colour tweak (nose, eyes, ears, markings) or a shape and colour change for something that needs a bit more work. Leave your instructions as a note at checkout and email your photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com — clear, bright and in focus gets the best results. Remember to include your order number.
Step 3: Want something completely unique? Bespoke drawings are offered on a limited basis and are not always available. When open, you can purchase one here — then select "use my custom" in the listing. To be notified when bespoke slots reopen, sign up to our mailing list.
Already have a custom design? Just select "use my custom design" and we'll do the rest — your pet portrait is saved under your name.
Can't see your design on the sheet? We update our personalisation sheets regularly. If your previous design is no longer shown, select "use my custom" or leave a note at checkout and we'll find it for you. We keep all our designs.
Photo tips One good clear photo makes all the difference. Show your pet's true colours, their shape and features, and make sure it's well lit and in focus.
