The best bit about a custom tweak is once it's complete we save it under your name so you can use your custom design again and again free of charge.
How to get a custom Tweak
If you would like to get a custom tweak of one of our pre-drawn designs firstly select the dog you would like to tweak and add the details into the text box. Then send a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com The photo needs to be clear, bright and focused. It also needs to clearly represent the tweaks you would like.
Preview
Once Gemma completes your tweak she will send you one preview so we can get the design just right.
What a custom tweak can include!
A custom tweak can include a few tweaks it doesn't have to be only one thing. Here are some examples of what a custom tweak can include: a nose colour change, a recolour of a design, patches added.
What a custom tweak doesn't include
Tweaks do not include changing the overall shape of the design or facial expressions. If your tweak is overly complicated we advise getting a custom drawing.
Who does the custom tweaks?
All the custom tweaks are drawn in house by our Founder Gemma. Gemma has spent the last decade building up a growing collection of dog/ pet drawings. Everything on our pre-drawn sheets has been drawn by her. Every piece is hand drawn and illustrated with care and attention to detail and a love for each & every one of your four legged friends.
Detailed Bespoke pet drawings are the perfect gift to yourself or a friend or family member. Each drawing comes with a complimentary A4 print of your pet too.
Do you have an unusual pet or are you looking to invest in a drawing of your pet so that you can collect Syd&Co items with their beautiful face on. Or perhaps you would love a special memorial piece for a pet that holds your heart. A bespoke drawing is the perfect way to capture them.
How to get a Bespoke Drawing
If you would like a Bespoke Drawing of your pet then send a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com with your order num. The photo needs to be clear, bright and good quality. It also needs to clearly represent the pet as you would like to see it in your drawing. One really clear photo is much better than lots of photos in different positions. If you want your pet to look smiley make sure the photo is smiley.
What is included with the drawing.
Once Gemma completes your drawing she will send unlimited previews to get your portrait just right. Once you approve the design we will send you an A4 print of your pet. We will also save the bespoke portrait under your name so every-time you order you will be able to personalise your item with your portrait.

Need your order in a hurry? Add our Speedy Service and your order will be prioritised and dispatched within 36 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays), compared to our standard processing time of 5–7 days.

Want to change the colour of the text or wording on your product design? For example, changing the 'Life is Better With My Dog' text from white to pink, or updating the colour of design elements such as flowers, sky or mountains.
Add this to your order and describe the colour change you'd like in the notes at checkout — please be as specific as possible (e.g. 'change text colour from white to dusty pink'). Please add one per item if ordering multiple products with a colour change.
Once your colour change is complete we will send you one preview to make sure we've got it just right.

Personalised Vehicle drawings are the perfect gift for a camping enthusiast. Since launching our Made for Adventure collection we have had a large number of requests for tent box, camper van and vehicle drawings. These drawings are perfect to include in these designs.
