You know that your pet is as unique and individual as you are. From their funny habits that make you smile, right down to that tiny little smudge of white only you know they have on their chin. This is why, here at Syd & Co, we offer personalisation allowing you to show off your pet’s individuality and create a real likeness to your furry friend.
We have two personalisation options, one a tweak to our existing illustrations the other is a bespoke drawing of your pet.
What is a custom tweak?
A tweak is an adjustment to one of our existing illustrations. We have hundred’s of different drawings of dogs, cats, bunnies and guinea pigs on our personalisation sheets.
A tweak is a perfect option if you find a pre drawn shape that looks like yours but you need to change the colour or very slightly tweak the ear shape.
Isn’t it amazing how small changes can transform the drawings to look so much like the real pet? The custom tweak can be quite transformative to the initial drawing. Tweaks do extend your delivery date but once you have your design we save it under your name for future orders.
What is a bespoke drawing?
A bespoke drawing is very different to a custom tweak. They are a brand new drawing using a photo you have chosen. They also include a preview to make sure we get it just right. You might choose a bespoke drawing as an extra special gift for someone or as a memorial gift.
Perhaps you don’t see any likeness to your pet on any of the existing illustrations, are they a unique breed, a rescue that doesn’t look like any one breed? That’s when we would encourage a bespoke. Be mindful the bespoke drawings take a little longer as we draw these from scratch.
How to Personalise with a drawing of your pet
We want you to get a true likeness to your pet which is why you can opt to personalise with either a tweak or a bespoke drawing. It’s a really simple process to do so:

1. View our personalisation sheets in the photos to find a pet that looks then enter the details into the option boxes.
2. If you find something similar but need a small tweak such as a patch, ear change, colour change add a tweak to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions then send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com
3. If you would like a 'new' bespoke drawing of your pet add a drawing to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions then send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com
Remember to get a really good likeness for your drawing I need one really good photo that show the true colour and shape of your pet. The better the photo the better the outcome.
Please Note: We have recently changed our personalisation sheets. If you would like one from a past order that isn't on the sheet anymore just select use my custom or add a little note at checkout and we will look at your previous order.
Making it easy the next time you order
We want to bring your pet’s likeness to life and we want to make ordering merch with your pet's face on in the future super easy.
That’s why, when you order a tweak or a bespoke drawing, we save your custom design under your name so you can use it again. This means when you next place an order, you can re-use your custom design by selecting ‘use my custom’ in the drop-down menu of the item you’re looking to purchase, you’ll only pay once for your tweak or custom illustration.
