Custom Tweak
Want a closer likeness? This option covers small tweaks to our pre-drawn designs — colour, ear shape, eye colour, and similar details. We'll send a preview before it's finalised, then save your tweak under your name to reuse whenever you like.
Bespoke Drawings
This option is extra special — a bespoke digital drawing of your pet, created from a photo of your choice. Unlimited previews until it's just right, plus a complimentary A4 colour print.

What's the difference between Choose a design, Tweak and Bespoke?
Choose a design is completely free — browse our huge range of pre-drawn dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, and pick the one that looks most like yours. It's also the quickest option, with dispatch in just 5–7 days.
Tweak starts with one of our pre-drawn designs, which I then hand-customise using a photo of your pet — adjusting things like colour, ear shape, or eye colour for a closer likeness (+£20).
Bespoke is a completely new, hand-drawn portrait of your pet, created entirely from your own photo, with unlimited previews and a free A4 print included (+£60).

Can I reuse my custom design on future orders?
Yes! Once your design is created (whether it's a Tweak or a Bespoke drawing), we save it under your name — completely free to reuse on any future order, whenever you like. No need to pay for the same design twice.
I've ordered before — how do I use my saved design?
Easy! Just select "Use my saved design" when personalising your new item, and we'll take care of the rest — your design is saved under your name, ready to go.

How do I know if my dog will look accurate?
It depends which option you choose. With Choose a design, you're picking from our existing illustrations, so it's worth browsing to find your closest match first. With Tweak and Bespoke, we work directly from a photo of your pet, and you'll always see a preview before anything is finalised — so nothing gets printed until you're happy with the likeness.
