Hi, I’m Gemma – founder of Syd&Co, illustrator, and proud dog mum.
Based in Cumbria, beside the beautiful Lake District, I draw daily inspiration from the outdoors and the adventures I share with my dogs. Many of our collections are rooted in those special moments, because making memories with your dog is at the heart of everything we do.
I’ve loved drawing dogs for as long as I can remember. With a background as a Textile Design Teacher and a Master’s in Contemporary Applied Arts, creativity is more than just my job, it’s a way of life.

Every piece is hand drawn and illustrated by me with care and attention to detail and a love for each & every one of your four legged friends. Whatever you’re imagining, I’d love to bring it to life for you. Once your perfect illustration is complete, we’ll keep it on file for all your future orders

Personalise with a pre-drawn
Explore our huge range of pre-drawn pets, I have spent the last decade building up a growing collection of hundreds of dog, cat, rabbit and guinea pig drawings. This is a great option if there is a pet that looks like yours. Dispatch is 5-7 days with one of these pets so a great quick gift option.
Custom Tweak
Wanting to capture a better likeness of your pets? This option covers small tweaks to our pre-drawn selection such as colour, ear tweaks & eye colour. We will send one preview for any revisions. The great thing about a custom tweak is once you have your design we save it under your name so you can use it again and again free of charge as you build a collection of merch with your pet on.
Bespoke Drawings
This option is super special I create a bepsoke digital drawing of your pet from a chosen photograph. This option also makes a special memorial gift or a Christmas or birthday gift for a pet loving friend. With a bespoke drawing I will send you unlimited previews to get it just right. Plus you will recieve a complimentary A4 colour print.
Custom Vehicle Designs
Personalised Vehicle drawings are the perfect gift for a camping enthusiast. Since launching our Made for Adventure collection we have been inundated with custom requests for tent box, camper van and vehicle drawings. These drawings are perfect to include in these designs. We are also open to you using your vehicles on any of our items. If unsure send us a message to discuss.
