2. Email a clear, high-quality photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com with your order number
3. Gemma hand-draws your pet's portrait
4. We send you unlimited previews until it's perfect
5. Once approved, we send your complimentary A4 print
6. We save your illustration under your name for all future orders

Future Orders: Simply select "Use My Custom" from the dropdown menu when ordering - your bespoke illustration will automatically be used. No extra charge, no waiting!

Photo Guidelines:

• One clear, bright, high-quality photo works best
• Make sure it clearly shows your pet's features
• Choose a photo that captures their personality (smiley photo = smiley drawing!)
• Multiple photos in different positions can be confusing - stick to one great shot

Who Draws Your Pet? Every bespoke drawing is hand-illustrated by our founder, Gemma. Over the past decade, Gemma has built a growing collection of dog and pet illustrations - every pre-drawn design you see on our site was created by her. Each piece is drawn with care, attention to detail, and love for your four-legged friend.
