If you can't see a pet that looks like yours why not get a tweak or a bespoke drawing. These can be selected form the drop down menu.

To personalise your mug check out the illustrated dog breeds in the photos and type your choices in the boxes provided. If you have more than one dog there is the option to add extra dogs too.
If you can't see your dog on the sheets, there is a drop down option to select a custom colour or a bespoke drawing. If you would like a bespoke design message me via Instagram or directly at gemma@sydandco.uk with a clear, colour front facing photo of your dog to agree first. Please note bespoke orders will extend the dispatch date. If you have a special date you need it by please feel free to get in touch.

Dishwasher safe however these mugs are extra special so we would recommend hand washing in hot water.
How to Personalise with a drawing of your pet
1. Click on and view our personalisation sheets (below the product title) to find a pet that looks like yours, then enter the details into the option boxes.
2. If you find something similar but need a small tweak such as a patch, ear change, colour change add a tweak to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions then send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com
3. If you would like a 'new' bespoke drawing of your pet add a drawing to your basket and leave us a note at checkout with instructions then send us a photo to contactsydandco@gmail.com
Remember to get a really good likeness for your drawing I need one really good photo that show the true colour and shape of your pet. The better the photo the better the outcome.
Please Note: We have recently changed our personalisation sheets. If you would like one from a past order that isn't on the sheet anymore just select use my custom or add a little note at checkout and we will look at your previous order.
How long does delivery take?
🐾 We dispatch non personalised items in 3 days.
🐾 Personalised items can take up to 7 days as we personalise and create your design to order.
🐾 Custom tweaks take up to 3 weeks and bespoke drawings can take up to 6 weeks.
What service do you ship with?
All our mail is posted out using Royal Mail tracked 48 and we also offer Royal Mail special delivery. Please be aware opting for special delivery does not mean we can make your order any quicker just the delivery service is quicker.
All our international orders are also sent out via Royal Mail International services.
How much is delivery?
Royal Mail tracked £5
Special Delivery Shipping is £7.95.
We ship to all parts of the world and international shipping starts at £15. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss an international order.
All orders are provided with a tracking number if you haven't received one please check your junk mail as sometimes they can go in there.
